Beneath the Misty Mountains

Large Tolkien inspired woven wall hanging. This piece was inspired by the magical forest of Tolkien's trilogy, with it's bright autumn leaves and magical waterfalls. Made with cotton string, cotton yarn, colorful wool and cotton yarns, and hand embroidered trees, waterfall and palace, as well as Painted Sky’s signature wool roving puffy clouds. Comes with a comb to keep the fringe nice and neat. Handmade, one-of-a-kind.

Hung on a 15” oak dowel, this weaving is 14.5" x 26".
