Processing Times

Pre-made items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of your purchase. Custom work will take anywhere from 6-8 weeks from order date to be made and shipped.

Shipping Times

Most items will be shipped with USPS unless otherwise noted. Once an item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and they will typically deliver your package within the estimated time frame. However, please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your package to arrive after the carrier has marked it as delivered.

International Orders

Items will be shipped through USPS or DHL. The recipient of an international shipment will be subject to potential import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
