Refund policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges on any pre-made or commissioned pieces unless the item is damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a return, please email me at paintedskytextiles@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged weaving and damaged package. If the return is accepted, I will email you a return shipping label and let you know how and where to send the package. If a package is sent back to me without first requesting a return, the return will not be accepted.
Please note that I also do not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
